Your Mission As a New Business Developer , you will: Identify and pursue new B2B leads in your market across industries such as tech, automotive, pharma, finance, and retail. Promote ESGROUP's exhibition stand and event solutions to decision-makers and marketing teams. Manage client relationships from introduction to deal closure, with support from HQ and project teams. Represent ESGROUP professionally in your region and at trade shows or networking events. What We're Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in exhibition stands, events, marketing services, or related fields. An existing network of corporate clients, exhibitors, or agencies is highly valued. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English and ideally the local language of your market. Based in Europe (EU or UK).
