As Glavic Clinic we are international leaders in neurorehabilitation; We started our work in 1995, 28 years ago, and we continue to improve every day. In the last almost 10 years we have focused on intensive robotic neurorehabilitation, being pioneers in innovators, which has led us to develop our own rehabilitation concept (GLARTH Method) and to stand out for having the best professionals, having the latest technological innovations and facilitate our patients satisfaction and results.
We have more than 150 outstanding professionals in 2 markets and 4 locations: Madrid (Spain) and Zagreb, Dubrovnik and Split (Croatia). In addition, we are immersed in an important process of international expansion that will take us to more countries, both in Europe and in the rest of the world.

Due to an increase in our volume of work and the launch of new projects, Glavic Clinic needs to incorporate a person as a Commercial/sales representative in the healthcare sector, offering work in a dynamic environment with the possibility of growth and personal development.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- 360º support throughout the organization's business process, both internal and external.
- Medical visit activity to health and social health professionals, especially in the field of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Rehabilitation Medicine, Social Work, Neuropsychology, etc.
- Commercial activity with third sector entities, companies and other market players.
- Management of the commercial agenda itself, in concerted visits and also cold calls.
- Represent Glavic Clinic and present our services to medical and healthcare professionals, patients, relatives of patients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate proactively in the organization of events. As well as staying informed and knowing the events that take place in the sector, attending and participating in them.
- Work for objectives, constantly monitoring and reporting the activity carried out. Likewise, analyze sales data and other commercial activity and ensure correct use of assigned resources.
- Know the market and keep up to date with respect to it, as well as with respect to the services offered by Glavic Clinic and the latest technological advances.
- In short, opening and maintaining new customer acquisition channels, building long-term business relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
Required profile:
- Higher education; Degrees in the socio-sanitary field will be especially valued.
- 360º knowledge of the commercial process: marketing, communication and sales; Specific training and experience will be valued.
- Commercial experience, especially valued experience in medical visit activity.
- Important communication skills and knowledge of clinical language and its technical terminology.
- Negotiation skills and effective communication.
- Knowledge, experience and customer service skills.
- Driving license.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organization skills.
