Role Overview:

H2H is seeking a Junior Creative to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will support H2H and our broad range of clients across various sectors, including fashion, beauty, entertainment, food, automotive, and more, with influencer marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing innovative creative concepts and ideas from scratch, collaborating with brands or leveraging relevant industry insights. You will also play a key role in executing these concepts across a full 360-degree process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas in collaboration with clients and brands, or based on relevant industry insights.
• Execute and oversee the implementation of creative concepts across multiple channels and platforms.
• Contribute to influencer marketing strategies and campaigns by delivering creative, compelling content.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in creativity, with a bonus for influencer marketing experience.
• Strong skills in art direction, copywriting, and familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of current trends and insights in the influencer marketing industry.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and spot creative opportunities.
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (B2, C1, or C2 level).
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
