They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.

We are looking for a Junior Scientific Project Specialist. This candidate is going to provide support with the publication platform for focus markets.

What would your duties be?

• Maintenance of the Early Access systems up to date following our internal processes and guidelines.
• Populating entries in the systems with complete and accurate information.
• Maintaining and updating the entries in the systems in real time.
• Understanding the process execution according to standard processes.
• Support the organisation of key alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Consolidating meeting minutes to share with stakeholders.
• Documents archive and administration.

Which are the requirements for this position?

• Master's degree in biological sciences (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).
• English fluent in written, reading, speaking.
• Familiar with early access / compassionate use / clinical trials operational management would be an added advantage.
• Solid project management skills.
• Have a service-oriented and organized mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and function under high pressure environments.
