The Senior UX/UI Designer will play a key role in shaping the digital experience across multiple platforms. This position leads the end-to-end product design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, product owners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve complex challenges through user-centered design.
The mission is to deliver intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences that align with both user needs and business objectives, within a culture driven by research, data, and continuous iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing high-quality user interfaces for both customer-facing and internal applications.
- Collaborating with product owners to define product strategy and translate it into effective design solutions.
- Leading the iterative design process: ideation, wireframes, prototypes, user testing, interaction design, and final UI.
- Creating and refining complex user flows and customer journeys.
- Ensuring visual consistency across all platforms while respecting brand identity.
- Integrating user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product improvements.
- Defining hypotheses, KPIs, and success metrics to guide design decisions.
- Mentoring junior designers and contributing to a collaborative design culture.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, Axure, Framer, Principle, etc.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and visual execution.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas through storytelling and visuals.
- High level of English, both written and spoken.
- Additional skills in illustration, animation, or icon design are a plus.
