We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Process Management Specialist to join our Ready to Pay Team of Products & Payments Tribes
This team is responsible for designing, managing, and continually improving a payment experience that is secure, efficient, and unwaveringly customer‑centric.
Your key responsibilities:
You are passionate about delivering seamless, secure, and efficient payment processes for our clients. You bring a strong understanding of payment systems, regulatory frameworks, and process optimization within the Payments domain.
As a Process Management Specialist, your mission is built on two pillars:
- Ensure operational excellence in payment-related processes, collaborating with technical and business teams to define and implement functional requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying pain points and proposing solutions based on KPIs, customer feedback, and regulatory needs.
Your contribution directly impacts on customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the efficiency of our payment ecosystem.
You are a proactive team player, committed to improving processes and staying ahead of industry trends and technological developments.
What are we looking for?
- Participate in transformation projects related to card usage and payment solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze payment processes, proposing improvements based on performance indicators and customer insights.
- Ensure compliance with local and international payment regulations (e.g., PSD2, ISO 20022).
- Support the resolution of complex incidents related to payment processing.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to Agile initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
