JUturbey is a luxury fashion brand entering a strategic reboot phase, with a renewed focus on craftsmanship, brand equity, and global positioning. The objective is to reintroduce JUturbey to the market with clarity, scale, and long-term financial strength, supported by aligned strategic capital.

Role: Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

JUturbey is seeking a Chief Investment Officer to lead the brand’s investment strategy and secure the financial backing required for its next phase of growth. This is a senior, strategic role reporting directly to the Founder.

The CIO will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing investment opportunities with private investors, family offices, and strategic partners aligned with the luxury and fashion sectors. A strong understanding of brand-led businesses, and access to the right network, is essential.

The overarching mandate is to position JUturbey for sustainable growth, long-term brand value, and international relevance through intelligent capital structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all capital-raising and investment initiatives for the JUturbey reboot
• Identify and cultivate relationships with aligned investors and strategic partners
• Structure and negotiate investment opportunities in line with the brand’s long-term vision
• Advise the Founder on financial strategy, valuation, and growth planning
• Support the evolution of JUturbey into a financially robust, scalable luxury business

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in investment strategy, capital raising, or private investment
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, ideally within luxury, fashion, or brand-led sectors
• Demonstrable track record of securing or managing investment
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Fluency in English required; Other languages highly advantageous

Compensation & Progression

JUturbey is currently founder-led and self-funded. This role is structured as a commission based appointment leading to an equity-based position, upon securing investment.

In addition to equity participation, there is the potential for the role to evolve into a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position upon successful capitalisation, subject to mutual agreement and business requirements.

Exact terms will be defined based on experience, network strength, and level of contribution.
