LHH is partnering with a leading international organization to identify a strategic and execution-driven Head of Talent Acquisition. This role will lead the transformation of the Talent Acquisition function across multiple European markets, with full ownership of recruitment strategy, operations, technology, and stakeholder engagement.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a pan-European TA strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning with HR and business leaders.
• Oversee ~2,000 hires annually across diverse geographies and functions.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of ~40 TA professionals.
• Drive innovation through TA technologies and onboarding platforms.
• Elevate candidate experience and employer branding.
• Manage external recruitment partners and ensure delivery against KPIs.
• Monitor and report on key metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, and diversity.

🎯 Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience leading TA at scale across multiple countries.
• Strong track record in both executive search and high-volume hiring.
• Expertise in TA technologies and onboarding platforms.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
