Job Description
We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive their search and wider digital media spend by expanding its in-house performance marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for building and optimising campaigns that deliver measurable ROI across our channels. You’ll partner closely with product and tech teams to ensure the right infrastructure is in place to scale activity and drive results.
A big part of your day will be digging into the numbers: analysing performance data, managing budgets, and producing accurate forecasts. To succeed, you’ll need to bring an analytical mindset, commercial focus, and the determination to hit business objectives.
Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our tech team to set up, refine, and maintain the platforms and tools that power our marketing efforts.
What You'll Do
- Partner with product and engineering teams to set up tagging, tracking, customer match audiences and product feeds.
- Build frameworks to measure campaign performance across the full customer lifecycle.
- Develop and deliver Luxury Escapes’ paid search strategy, with potential expansion into social, display and other biddable channels.
- Analyse multi-source data to guide strategy and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with data science and analytics to link paid channel effectiveness with owned channels.
- Design and maintain optimal ad account structures to enable efficient optimisation and future automation.
- Lead by example in campaign setup, reporting and continuous optimisation to improve CPA.
- Build and execute a test-and-learn framework to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, forecasting and reconciliations, with clear reporting to senior leadership.
- Develop strong relationships with publishers and vendors to maximise return on investment.
- Stay ahead of digital media trends and identify opportunities to improve performance marketing.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with strong expertise in paid search and exposure to display, social and other biddable channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build forecasts and translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling and leading high-performing teams.
- A track record of improving customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing.
- Hands-on approach: comfortable rolling up your sleeves to problem-solve and deliver.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with product, tech and data teams.
- Clear communicator, able to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of ad account structures, optimisation techniques and performance measurement.
- Passion for customer experience and a curiosity to test, learn and push for continuous improvement.
