Mercier Consultancy MD is offering an exciting opportunity for Spanish Speaking jobs in Greece, complete with a fully paid relocation package. This unique position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to experience living and working in a vibrant location while utilizing their Spanish language skills. You will have the chance to engage with clients, provide exceptional support, and immerse yourself in a new culture.

- Engage with Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels to assist them with inquiries and support needs
- Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing issues in a timely manner
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices
- Participate in training and development activities to stay updated on products and policies
- Contribute to team goals and provide feedback to improve client experiences
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general IT proficiency
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service
