The successful candidate will join a high-performing finance team supporting multiple legal entities and working closely with regional finance leaders, shared service centers, external advisors, auditors, and business stakeholders across Europe.

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple legal entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review trial balances, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Coordinate statutory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Support VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory filings alongside external advisors.
• Liaise with outsourced accounting providers and monitor service delivery performance.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is prepared and available.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and local regulations.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization projects.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and global finance teams.
• Participate in finance transformation and system implementation projects.
• Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to management.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP, VAT regulations, and statutory accounting requirements.
• Experience managing month-end close and financial reporting processes.
• Proven ability to work within an international and fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting audits and working with external advisors.
• Exposure to shared service centers and/or outsourced accounting providers is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
• Catalan or additional European languages will be considered a plus.
• Experience within multinational companies is highly valued.
