Within the wider Technology & Data function, the Technology & Data/IA Adoption Specialist role plays a key part in supporting the firm's adoption of modern technologies, including Generative AI, ensuring our people are equipped to work more efficiently, creatively and responsibly in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

They are a digital adoption and workflow enablement professional, supporting behavioural and workflow change in the firm. An exceptional all-round software training professional, they will deliver the end-to-end analysis, creative design, development, delivery and evaluation of a blended learning service to our internal customers, alongside a global team and in line with the training strategy.

As a European specialist, you will sit alongside peers with responsibilities for other regions and share the responsibility for our global programs. You will be responsible for consulting with the offices within your region, to ensure their individual local needs are met, in line with global firm and technology training strategies, and supported by a network of local trainers. Close collaboration, support and guidance with the local trainer network ensures all users across our offices are supported in their technology training needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design modern know-how and create elegant content whether written, video/animation or using dynamic tools such as OnScreen, Articulate 360 or Camtasia.
• Contribute to content curation and delivery through our platforms, such as LMS, intranet and ServiceNow, ensuring that content is well designed, current and easily accessible.
• Provide training and support to Europe users, or support other regions, as directed by project teams or Digital Adoption Manager.
• Take ownership of specific software products as the Product Training Lead (PTL) both in BAU and for forthcoming projects, providing expertise to colleagues and ensuring appropriate maintenance of source files and published materials. Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure messaging is correct and in line with product strategy.
• Work with stakeholders and customers across European offices, responding in an agile way to intelligence on how users interact with software, and discover new sources, create materials and engage with them to improve their experience.Work with the regional local trainers
• Work with the regional local trainers and regional offices to operationalise global strategies, analyse how their needs fit back into the global strategy, and support training skills and expertise acquisition to deliver required technology training.
• Embed Generative AI tools and capabilities into technology training programmes, ensuring users understand how to apply them safely, responsibly and effectively within legal and business workflows.
• Translate GenAI use cases into role‑specific, scenario‑based learning for lawyers, secretaries and business teams.
• Continuously explore emerging GenAI capabilities and assess their impact on productivity, quality and ways of working across the firm

• Implementation of the full end to end technology training process, for both synchronous and asynchronous programmes.
• Content design, curation and maintenance, including LMS.
• Cutting edge instructional design and eAuthoring expertise, using a variety of tools.
• Diligent, organised, reliable and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in independent working, leading training curriculum design for projects.
• Be a visible and reliable global team member, sharing insights and networking opportunities.
• A proven interest in both emerging technologies and adult learning techniques, alongside strong curiosity and confidence in learning new AI‑enabled tools independently and translating them into practical guidance for end users.
• Clear communication in verbal, written and digital formats.
• Ability to think in an outcome driven way so training is most impactful.
• Energy and ideas to modernise the way we help users understand software.
