Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the single point of contact for divisional transformation programmes
• Managing interdependencies and supporting complex problem-solving
• Enabling delivery of strategic change initiatives across divisions and functions
• Providing in-depth analysis of the enterprise portfolio and facilitating decision-making
• Creating a comprehensive view of business-wide change initiatives
• Supporting programme and project managers with change management coaching and tools
• Leading post-investment reviews and future demand planning
• Enhancing change management frameworks and upskilling executive sponsors
• Ensuring accurate data in portfolio management tools
• Managing small projects within the Transformation Office as needed

We're seeking a high-performing transformation professional with:

• Experience in portfolio or transformation office roles within complex organisations
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complexity
• Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the business
• High emotional intelligence and resilience in times of change
• A proactive, accountable mindset with a passion for driving results
• Willingness to travel across European and UK business locations
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
