The Role

Buscamos incorporar un/a Director/a para liderar la unidad de People & Performance dentro de la service line de Enterprise Transformation de la compañía.

Se trata de una posición directiva, con una fuerte orientación estratégica, responsabilidad de negocio y liderazgo organizativo. Será responsable de definir la visión, estrategia y propuesta de valor del dominio, así como de gobernar su evolución, posicionamiento en mercado y ejecución a través de equipos especializados.

El rol cuenta con alta visibilidad organizativa, interacción recurrente con Comités de Dirección y C-level de clientes, y una proyección natural hacia posiciones senior dentro de la organización.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Dirigir y gobernar el dominio de People & Performance dentro de Enterprise Transformation, asumiendo la responsabilidad última sobre su visión, estrategia y resultados.
• Definir, desarrollar y evolucionar la propuesta de valor y el portfolio de servicios en ámbitos como programas de transformación, transformación organizativa, people strategy, performance management, productividad y cambio cultural.
• Establecer y asegurar la adopción de modelos directivos, marcos de referencia y estándares que guíen las iniciativas de transformación en clientes.
• Gobernar programas e iniciativas de transformación complejas, asegurando alineamiento estratégico, impacto en negocio y consistencia con los objetivos corporativos.
• Liderar la planificación de capacidades y el desarrollo del talento, construyendo y manteniendo una red sólida de perfiles senior y expertos.
• Asumir la responsabilidad económica del dominio, incluyendo definición de objetivos, control de rentabilidad, evolución del pipeline y contribución al crecimiento de la service line.
• Actuar como interlocutor/a principal con stakeholders senior y ejecutivos, tanto internos como externos.
• Garantizar la calidad, coherencia y escalabilidad de los servicios, sin participación directa en la ejecución operativa en cliente.
  
  

Who You Are

• Experiencia contrastada en roles directivos en los ámbitos de transformación organizativa, people strategy, performance management, productivity y/o change management, preferentemente en consultoría estratégica, BIG4 o entornos equivalentes.
• Trayectoria sólida en liderazgo de dominios, prácticas o unidades de negocio, con responsabilidad sobre estrategia, equipos y resultados económicos.
• Experiencia en diseño y gobierno de iniciativas de transformación a nivel ejecutivo, con foco en impacto organizativo y de negocio.
• Capacidad demostrada para operar en entornos complejos, gestionar múltiples interlocutores senior y trabajar con comités ejecutivos.
• Visión estratégica, orientación a negocio y capacidad para integrar personas, procesos y tecnología como palancas de transformación empresarial.
