We are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to support our operational activities in Iberia. This role focuses on daily operations, driver support, and ensuring smooth execution of vehicle movements.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls and operational requests from drivers.

- Support drivers with day-to-day operational questions and incidents.

- Brief and onboard new drivers before their first assignment.

- Manage driver activations and deactivations.

- Support general operational processes across Iberia.

- Identify and report recurring operational issues.

Languages:

- Fluent Spanish.

- Advanced English.

- Portuguese (native or advanced) is a plus.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.

- Previous experience in operations, customer service, or support roles is a plus.

- Proactive and detail-oriented profile.
