Sir Victor Hotel is set just off of Passeig de Gràcia—Barcelona’s grand, humming shopping boulevard—and a few doors down from Gaudí’s masterpiece Casa Milà. Sir Victor reflects and amplifies the vibrant, creative spirit of the city. We are looking for someone to join our F&B team at TheRooftop. Imagine views of Sagrada Familia, a large bar with the freshest cold-pressed juices, sunbeds facing Gaudi’s Casa Milà, a bright, refreshing pool and impeccable Mediterranean dishes. This is Barcelona’s new favorite all-day spot, with yoga and coffee in the morning, wine by the pool in the afternoon sun and dancing with the city’s best DJs at night.

We’re on the lookout for a Manager to take charge at The Rooftop, our bar-restaurant with a pool on the top floor. If you’re a natural networker, love the F&B scene, and thrive on creating unforgettable experiences, keep reading!

You’ll be the heart of the rooftop: leading the team, organizing service, and making sure everything flows

What You Will Do

🍹 Service & Guest Experience

• Ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience with high-quality service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar so that every order is perfect and on time.
• Oversee the ambiance, table setup, and music to match the rooftop’s vibe.
  
  

📊 Operations & Management

• Organize schedules, shifts, and team assignments to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and orders so nothing runs out (and nothing goes to waste!).
• Coordinate with other departments for events, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Track performance and key goals to optimize results.

• Motivate and train the team to keep them engaged and performing at their best.
• Be the go-to person for support, problem-solving, and keeping daily operations on point.

Job requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within F&B.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Cool under pressure.
• Creative problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in Spanish & English.
