Due to continued growth in our Madrid office, our Project Management team in Madrid is looking to appoint an Junior Project Manager to work on exciting Life Sciences Projects.

• Assisting the Project Manager in the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters of major construction projects
• Assisting in the planning for the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issues
• Assisting establishment of effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
• Tracking and documenting changes
• Preparing written project communication materials
  
  

• Degree or its equivalent in Life Sciences, Architecture, Construction Management
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of project life cycle
• Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
• Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. ideally public sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent Spanish and English
