Core responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Client Partnership:

Architect Marketing Strategies: Collaborate deeply with our key client to understand their product, market, and growth objectives. Develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that align with their vision and resonate with their diverse audience (developers, SMBs, enterprises).

Client Relationship Steward: Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for our key client, building and nurturing a strong partnership. Lead high-level discussions, present strategic recommendations, and ensure continuous alignment on goals and progress.

Market & Tech Insights: Continuously research and report on the latest trends in workflow automation, AI, B2B SaaS marketing, and digital channels. Leverage these insights to proactively identify new opportunities for our key client.

End-to-End Project Management:

Orchestrate Project Lifecycles: Own the entire project journey for our key client's marketing initiatives, from ideation and scoping to execution, delivery, and post-campaign analysis. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Detailed Planning & Oversight: Create meticulous project plans, detailed timelines, and clear deliverables. Proactively identify potential blockers and opportunities, keeping both our key client and our internal teams informed and aligned.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the review of all marketing assets (video, digital content, campaigns), ensuring they not only meet our client's brand guidelines but also strategically advance their marketing objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimization:

Team Catalyst: Act as the central liaison, fostering seamless collaboration between our key client and Camping's creative teams (Creative Director, Producer, Designer, Postproduction Coordinator). Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable briefs.

Performance & Optimization: Track, analyze, and communicate the performance of all marketing initiatives. Provide regular updates, insights, and data-backed recommendations for optimization to our key client and internal stakeholders.

Process Enhancement: Champion continuous improvement within our workflows and processes, leading retrospective sessions to enhance collaboration and output.

What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of proven experience in a client-facing role, specifically managing marketing strategy and complex projects for B2B SaaS companies or high-growth tech brands.

Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital channels (content, video, social, paid media, email) within the tech industry.

Extensive Project Management proficiency, with a track record of successfully managing multiple, simultaneous marketing projects from concept to completion.

Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, including product-led growth, developer relations, and enterprise solutions.

High level of fluency in English, both written and spoken. Please refrain from applying if you do not possess this proficiency, as it is a mandatory requirement for our international clientele.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Our Team:

The Project and Program Leader – iSHIFT Product and Services is accountable of complex, large projects or strategic programs (multi-year, multi-country programs) which are made of multiple projects. • Dar soporte continuo al Director del área en la definición de estrategias o acciones digitales en todas sus facetas, social media, campañas paid, gestión de desarrollo de plataformas.
• Gestionar y coordinar junto a los responsables de proyectos Senior, otros proyectos y tareas que impliquen al área digital.
  
  

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia en la relación con el cliente y la gestión global de proyectos digitales 360º.
• Conocimientos en estrategias digitales y herramientas: omnicanalidad, ecosistemas digitales, canales paid y own, gestión de CMS (Wordpress), e-mail marketing, plataformas de envío, ChatGPT.
• Dominio de herramientas para la optimización de canales y estrategias digitales: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Heat Map Tools, definición de KPI’s, monitorización, informes de resultados.
• Conocimientos en creación y ejecución de estrategias de Social Media y Community Management: Metricool, Linktree, Meta (IG/FB), Facebook Business, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Dominio de herramientas colaborativas: Google Drive, Microsoft One, PMO Tools (Trello, Asana).
• Capacidad de entender y extraer datos: comprender el funcionamiento, extraer datos cuantitativos, ofrecer mejoras cualitativas a los clientes, supervisión y apoyo del área digital.
• Nivel medio-alto de inglés (hablado y escrito).

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos a una persona con motivación, iniciativa y ganas de aprender para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de proyectos de I+D+i.

Su función principal será apoyar en la gestión administrativa y financiera de proyectos subvencionados y participar en la redacción de propuestas para convocatorias nacionales y europeas.

¿Qué vas a hacer?

• Apoyo al servicio de justificación de proyecto I+D+i.
• Seguimiento administrativo y financiero de proyectos de I+D+i, velando por el cumplimiento de los requisitos y plazos en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
• Colaboración con equipos internos y externos para elaborar propuestas de proyectos sólidas y competitivas.
• Actualización sobre las tendencias y cambios en las políticas de financiación para I+D+i.
• Interacción con organismos financiadores, empresas y socios estratégicos para mantener relaciones efectivas.
  
  

¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?

• Idiomas: catalán, castellano e inglés avanzado.
• Formación universitaria en Arquitectura, Ingeniería, Ciencias o ámbitos afines.
  
  

Se valorará especialmente contar con una base técnica que permita comprender el contenido de los proyectos (principalmente del ámbito de la construcción), combinada con un interés claro por la gestión: seguimiento económico, control de plazos y cumplimiento de requisitos.
