Descripción del empleo

Las funciones a realizar, entre otras, serán las siguientes:
- Contacto directo con cliente para acordar los objetivos del proyecto.
- Planificación del proyecto en todos sus aspectos.
- Dirección y coordinación de todos los recursos empleados en el proyecto.
- Toma de decisiones en relación con los objetivos del proyecto.
- Aplicación de medidas correctivas cuando el proyecto lo requiera.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en Seguridad, Calidad y Testing.

Requisitos
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos IT. Experiencia previa como Jefe de Proyecto para llevar el seguimiento de los proyectos (control del presupuesto, asegurar compromisos de plazos, jornadas...) y conducir las reuniones.
- Nivel alto de francés. Imprescindible para poder comunicarse con el cliente.
- Capacidad de liderazgo y comunicación.
- Capacidad para definir los requisitos de negocio y coordinación entre los diferentes departamentos involucrados en cada proyecto.

Job Purpose 

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing specific Capex expansion, remodeling, and construction projects at Hamelin-Laie International School as identified by the School Principal. Key Responsibilities 

Project Planning & Management:

Develop, coordinate, and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for all Capex expansion, remodeling, and construction projects. 

Establish clear project goals, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria. 

Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to the Operations Manager and School Principal. 

Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure project continuity. 

Health & Safety Compliance

Ensure all construction activities comply with Nord Anglia Education and Hamelin-Laie's Health and Safety policies and national regulations. 

Implement and maintain effective risk assessments, safety plans, and safeguarding procedures for all projects. 

Safeguarding & Compliance

Implement safeguarding best practices during all projects to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff. 

Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with school policies and procedures. 

Ensure that contractors and suppliers are aware of, and adhere to, safeguarding expectations while on school premises. 

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

Act as the primary point of contact between contractors, suppliers, school leadership, and other stakeholders. 

Facilitate communication between the Operations Manager and various teams to ensure alignment and project success. 

Provide regular updates and feedback to school leadership and staff on project progress and timelines. 

Quality Assurance & Reporting

We are looking for someone to join our Project Management department as a Project Manager, The Project Manager team is a key player in the everyday function of the Agency. The Project Manager has day-to‐day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of their projects from client briefing to delivery of all final assets; they will be the glue between the disciplines pulling together the right resources (from multi-agencies) with a focus on great delivery.

This candidate’s mission is to help deliver an excellent final product in a time-efficient manner & on budget.

What are we looking for?

• Ambitious and confident PM who is looking for growth and wants to progress within the organization.
• Great skills in effective project set-up, project planning, budget and resource control, project managing, reporting and process optimization.
• Owning the end-to-end process. Looking at the current project process and implementing optimisations and improvements.
• Be a Self-Starter. Our team needs to be enthusiastic, open to change and innovation, flexible with approach and eager to get involved. Share ideas, share innovations, and process optimisation ideas.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ask the right questions to understand the project scope, absorb the details from the brief, and prepare a plan of action for all parties involved as well as listening to any concerns flagged by the team and working with them to find solutions. Should be quick to flag any issues potentially impacting delivery.
• Flexibility to accept a change of plans or bumps in the road, formulate a new plan and help the team adapt.
• A solutions & detail-oriented mindset. Work with various groups to understand the scope of what’s requested and negotiate fair timelines or find creative solutions to the problem at hand.
• Able to demonstrate first-hand experience in experience design, development, SEO or Analytics
• Commercially savvy - be comfortable with all levels of commercial conversations covering scoping, budget planning and prioritization, scope negotiation, revenue reporting, resource planning and forecasting and empowering client services team with the right data to have commercial conversations.

Languages are a must:

💻 SOBRE EL ROL:

Serás parte de la interlocución continua con el cliente externo, participando en propuestas técnicas, estimaciones en relación con el proyecto (recursos, tiempos, etc.), riesgos, expectativas, cambios. Por otro lado, serás responsable de la gestión económica de proyectos (presupuestos costes, etc) y la priorización de tareas, siempre trabajando con Metodologías Agiles (Scrum).

Podrás trabajar 100% en remoto.

🚀 TU EXPERIENCIA:

• Al menos 4 años trabajando como Project Manager en proyectos de data, preferiblemente, y de ingeniería de SW imprescindiblemente
• Experiencia técnica previa en IT (valorable experiencia en IA).
• Experiencia demostrable en la dirección de proyectos IT (estimaciones, presupuestos, riesgos, cambios, expectativas).
• Experiencia real dirigiendo y aplicando metodologías agiles (Scrum).
• Buenas capacidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
• Experiencia en gestión de equipos técnicos propios.
• Experiencia en interlocución y negociación con cliente externo.
