We are looking for a skilled Service Operations Engineer to join our Aristocrat team! This role involves providing high-level technical support to internal and external teams, ensuring service excellence, and minimizing blocking issues to R&D. We are on the lookout for outstanding people, who will be eager to learn, be a part of a team, and share our vision.

What You´ll Do
* Provide Tier 3/4 support services to meet customer SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems using established guidelines and collaboration across teams.
* Work closely with R&D, Customer Support, and other departments to address product issues and drive long-term solutions.
* Monitor, prioritize, and track progress of all reported incidents and requests.
* Own critical blocking issues, ensuring smooth handling during both regular and off-hours as part of on-call duties.
* Maintain transparency and clear documentation for all technical issues, ensuring visibility within and across teams.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying patterns and suggesting processes or product improvements.
* Maintain and build knowledgebase articles

* Understanding of web technologies and client/server applications – Advantage.
* Experience with SQL and web debugging tools – Advantage.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience – Advantage.

Agile Jira QA Illustrator Photoshop

The Technical Artist is responsible for adapting and delivering art assets for iLottery games to meet customer-specific requirements. This position ensures timely delivery of customized game art, including game names, lobby images, and promotional materials (Promo Packs), aligning with the customer’s branding and marketing needs. As a vital contributor to the Games Delivery Team, the Technical Artist collaborates with colleagues and clients to maintain outstanding levels of quality and creativity.

*What You´ll Do*

* Adapt and get ready game visuals, including fresh game titles, lobby visuals, and additional visual components, per client specifications.
* Ensure art assets are in line with the branding guidelines and specifications set by customers.
* Coordinate with the delivery team to integrate adapted assets seamlessly into the game.

* Prepare marketing materials (Promo Packs) tailored to each customer’s promotional campaigns.
* Work closely with customers to ensure promotional materials meet their expectations and marketing strategies.

* Collaborate with the Creative Director and Customer Success Managers to guarantee art assets and promotional materials are in line with customer requests.
* Partner with the QA team to validate the quality and accuracy of delivered art assets.
* Act as the point of contact for customer feedback related to art assets and promotional materials.

* Maintain organized documentation of all art adaptations and deliveries for reference and future audits.
* Conduct quality checks to ensure all art assets and promotional materials meet the studio’s standards before delivery.

* Identify areas for improvement in art delivery workflows and implement guidelines.
* Collaborate with the delivery team to improve processes for optimizing the speed and efficiency of asset adaptations.

*What We´re Looking For*

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Building, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

* Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design tools.

* Proficient in graphic development and digital art, emphasizing attention to detail and quality.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and customers.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer requirements and deadlines.
*Nice to have*

* Video editing experience using professional software.
* Prior experience working on commercial design projects (professional, not personal projects).
* Familiarity with iLottery games or the gaming industry.
* Experience with Agile workflows and project management tools like Jira or Trello.

At Aristocrat, the Senior Product Manager, is essential in driving forward the company’s worldwide gaming product approach. This role partners closely with senior leaders across the Global Product Organization to define and implement critical initiatives that develop Aristocrat’s product portfolio and investment priorities across Interactive, Social, and Land-Based markets.
As a hands-on strategic contributor, you will help transform insights into action—guiding the development of product roadmaps, identifying market opportunities, and supporting decision-making that drives growth and innovation. Engaging with Content Strategy, Game Studios, Development, Analytics, and Commercial teams, you will secure synchronization between market requirements, business targets, and Aristocrat’s grand vision for premium gaming experiences.
