Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOps Lightning Integration and Configuration. This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts. Proficiency in English and native Spanish is essential.

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
- Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces that enhance productivity.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and support business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications to maintain system integrity.
- Document technical specifications and user guides to support ongoing system maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and foster knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOps and Lightning.
- Have proficiency in SFDC Integration and Configuration.
- Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
