About the role:

As a Technical Lead, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using Azure and AWS to enhance product labeling processes. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with the Fullstack Community and stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
- Oversee the integration of cloud services to ensure seamless operation and scalability of applications.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes to support ongoing improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in cloud deployments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
- Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality in cloud environments.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their cloud technology skills.
- Drive innovation by exploring new cloud technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Optimize resource usage and cost management in cloud operations to maximize ROI.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to support cloud initiatives.

What you need to have to be considered:
- Extensive experience with React and Python.
- Demonstrate expertise in Azure and AWS, with a proven track record of successful deployments.
- Exhibit proficiency in Spanish and English.

As a Senior Front-end Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive business success. You will be a valued member of the Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with the Front-end Community and stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
- Develop high-quality software solutions using AWS, React JS, SQL, Spring Boot, Java, and JavaScript to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, to ensure high standards of quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
- Optimize application performance and scalability, leveraging AWS cloud services to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster professional growth and development within the team.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
