- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development processes.
- Manage and optimize SFDC data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Utilize SFDC Lightning to enhance user interface and experience.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Configure Salesforce settings to align with organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and standards.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Document development processes and configurations for future reference.
- Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and apply them to projects.
- Contribute to the companys goals by enhancing Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Development and Customization.
- Exhibit expertise in Salesforce DevOps and data management.
- Show strong skills in SFDC Lightning and Integration techniques.
- Possess experience in SFDC Configuration and system optimization.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish both written and verbal.
- Adapt to hybrid work model and collaborate effectively in teams.
- Display problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Certifications Required: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator
