Buscamos un/a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager para liderar iniciativas estratégicas dentro de un programa de transformación global en el área de Service Supply Chain.

El rol estará enfocado en la ejecución de proyectos complejos relacionados con la evolución del ecosistema digital (incluyendo ERP y sistemas asociados), con impacto directo en procesos como reparación, circularidad de materiales, logística inversa y gestión de inventario en entornos de alta variabilidad.

La persona será responsable de liderar proyectos end-to-end, coordinando equipos globales y asegurando la entrega en tiempo, alcance y presupuesto

Funciones

• Liderar proyectos complejos de Supply Chain a nivel global o regional, gestionando todas las fases del proyecto desde la planificación hasta el cierre y coordinando equipos multidisciplinares y multiculturales.
• Gestionar iniciativas estratégicas end-to-end, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcance, plazos y presupuesto, así como el impacto en resultados de negocio.
• Gestionar stakeholders, comunicando el estado del proyecto a niveles senior y garantizando la alineación entre negocio y tecnología.
• Controlar la gestión financiera del proyecto, supervisando presupuesto y costes y asegurando el cumplimiento del ROI definido.
• Impulsar la transformación digital participando en iniciativas relacionadas con ERP y sistemas de Supply Chain y contribuyendo a la mejora de procesos y herramientas.
• Liderar procesos de cambio organizativo, asegurando la correcta adopción de nuevas soluciones y gestionando su impacto en el negocio.

Requisitos:

• Contar con más de 5 años de experiencia en Supply Chain, operaciones o áreas relacionadas, incluyendo experiencia como Project Manager en proyectos complejos y entornos globales.
• Disponer de un grado o máster en Supply Chain Management, Ingeniería, Business Administration o una disciplina relacionada, o aportar experiencia equivalente.
• Haber gestionado múltiples proyectos simultáneamente con alto nivel de complejidad y exposición a negocio.
• Tener experiencia en proyectos de implementación o integración de ERP y sistemas específicos de Supply Chain.
• Haber participado en iniciativas de diseño de procesos y gestión del cambio organizativo.
• Dominio del inglés (C1) Se hará prueba de nivel.

¿Qué buscamos?

Requisitos Técnicos y Experiencia:

• Experiencia: Entre 4 y 6 años en desarrollo de software.
• Stack Principal: Experiencia sólida en Ruby on Rails, valorando especialmente el ecosistema moderno: Delayed Job, Hotwire y servicios de AWS (S3, SQS, EC2).

(Nota: Aunque nuestro core actual para este puesto es Rails, si vienes de entornos como Django o Laravel y cumples con los requisitos de IA, ¡también queremos conocerte!).

• Bases de datos: Comprensión sólida de bases de datos relacionales, SQL y modelado de datos (gestionamos PostgreSQL, MariaDB y Clickhouse).

What You Need To Succeed

• Strong track record as a senior technical leader (Staff, Principal, or equivalent) delivering cross-team impact: setting standards, aligning stakeholders, de-risking complex technical decisions, and landing changes in production.
• Extensive hands-on experience designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-traffic distributed systems in production.
