What are we looking for?

• Hands-on experience with enterprise CDPs (Treasure Data, Salesforce Data Cloud, etc.).
• Strong understanding of customer identity unification, segmentation, and activation use cases.
• Proficiency in building APIs, microservices, and data pipelines in a cloud environment (Azure preferred).
• Solid grasp of real-time and batch data processing.
• Proven track record of scaling platforms and leading engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise in software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Java is must. In addition, one or more programming languages and frameworks (e.g., , Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and services ideally on Azure Cloud.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., relational databases, NoSQL databases, data warehouses).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is required

What will be your key responsibilities?

- Own the technical vision and architecture for extending the CDP platform with custom services, APIs, and data workflows.

- Scale the CDP to support millions of customer profiles, real-time data ingestion, and downstream activation at low latency.

- Drive innovation in identity resolution, profile unification, and segmentation capabilities.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers (backend, frontend, full stack) focused on CDP application engineering.

- Establish engineering best practices around coding, testing, observability, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements and business use cases.

- Build APIs and connectors to integrate the CDP with enterprise applications (CRM, marketing automation, personalization engines, analytics platforms).

- Partner with the platforms team on infrastructure, DevOps, and enterprise integration touchpoints, ensuring smooth interoperability.

- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability of customer profiles and segments.

- Implement engineering controls for data lineage, quality, and governance inside the CDP.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Establish monitoring, SLAs, and operational excellence practices for CDP services.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Software Engineer within a full-stack team, you´ll be an essential part of a cross-functional team, working with a focus on backend services that power our Product Suite to improve the experience for patients and healthcare professionals alike, and you´ll be required, when relevant, to provide full stack expertise for frontend development as well. You´ll design and implement robust, API-based and Data Streaming services to support a product that must adhere to regulations during the development process to allow usage of the product as part of clinical trials.

You´ll also work to bring AI usage to the forefront of the development process to maximize productivity while maintaining code and quality ownership. You will also work to integrate agentic AI based logic into the product to leverage AI´s capabilities to resolve complex tasks.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining functionality for our applications.
- Making sure the design and implementation are scalable, and can work within high-performing RESTful APIs and Data Streaming solutions.
- Working with our DevOps and Platform teams in the enablement of seamless automated deployment, redeployment, and recovery of infrastructure through infrastructure as code.
- Collaborating with other engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine features and ensure they deliver outcomes.
- Writing high-quality, clean, maintainable, and testable code, with a strong focus on a test automation-first mindset, and maximizing productivity through usage of AI without relinquishing code and quality ownership.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving bugs and performance issues, and analyzing them to improve the troubleshooting process.
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

Essential Skills/Experience

- Proficiency with at least one backend coding language such as Java, Node.js, etc
- Proficiency with frontend coding languages such as Typescript and/or React.
- Proficiency with HTTP, HTML, CSS, REST APIs and JSON structure, openAPI spec.
- Experience working with MongoDB or Document based storage experience.
- Experience with unit tests, and BDD testing framework like Cucumber.
- Experience with AI as a developer to maximize productivity.
- Experience with agentic AI systems.
- Data Streaming experience using Kafka or similar.
- AWS tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with containerization tools and orchestration like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, such as object-oriented programming and Agile methodologies.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development.

Responsibilities

- Develop user interfaces using SAP UI5 and Fiori to create engaging and responsive experiences
- Coordinate with backend developers (SAP HANA/BW) for seamless integration using OData and RESTful APIs
- Design reusable UI components following SAP Fiori design principles
- Ensure scalability and reliability by optimizing application performance and resolving issues

Requirements

- Knowledge of SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori development frameworks
- Background in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Familiarity with OData services, JSON, and RESTful APIs for backend communication
- Expertise in SAP Web IDE or SAP Business Application Studio for development tasks
- Competency in version control tools like Git and Agile collaboration platforms like Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of SAP HANA and SAP CAP (Core Data Services) is preferred
- Flexibility to use SAP UI5/Fiori applications effectively with 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and SAP Fiori design guidelines

En Zemsania buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a Senior de Sistemas de Información para dar soporte a la Oficina de Gobernanza de Arquitectura del CTTI, participando en la validación, diseño y supervisión de arquitecturas corporativas de alta complejidad.
Buscamos un perfil con sólida base técnica, visión estructural y capacidad para evaluar propuestas, garantizar estándares y asegurar la calidad de las soluciones TIC.

🎯 Requisitos imprescindibles
5+ años de experiencia en proyectos informáticos (desarrollo, sistemas, comunicaciones, integración).
3+ años en tareas específicas de gestión de arquitectura.
Experiencia acreditada en proyectos de soporte a la gobernanza de arquitectura en los últimos 3 años.
Capacidad para validar diseños de arquitecturas de alta volumetría y coste significativo.
Experiencia en:
