Area Manager - EV Charging Solutions - Madrid - Up to €35k + Bonus

The Role

A rapidly scaling European innovator in the EV charging sector is seeking a commercially driven Business Development / Area Manager to take full ownership of a defined region in Spain.


Reporting into the Sales team, you will act as the driving force behind regional commercial growth. Your mission is clear: expand market presence, win new business, and accelerate revenue.


This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel across Spain and close collaboration with HQ (2-4 visits per year.)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through structured prospecting and targeted commercial initiatives
  • Develop and execute a clear territory growth strategy
  • Promote innovative EV charging solutions and new product launches
  • Drive commercial campaigns and promotional activities
  • Own the full sales cycle from negotiation through closing
  • Negotiate pricing within defined frameworks to secure profitable agreements
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings across France


About You

  • Strong background in business development and B2B sales
  • Solid knowledge of EV charging, electrical systems, or related energy technologies
  • Able to translate technical products into clear customer value
  • Proven negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset
  • Structured approach to pipeline management and sales performance
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable owning a territory
  • English proficiency preferred
