Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role located on-site in Madrid. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing customized air cargo solutions. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential clients, preparing sales proposals, closing deals, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the air cargo industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
