As our Educational Entrepreneur in Residence, you will spearhead a high-impact "New Ventures" project: creating a world-class, practical finance curriculum designed specifically for the next generation of leaders (kids 10+). Your goal is to turn complex financial concepts into a gamified, weekend-intensive program where students learn to think like CEOs and savvy investors. Courses should last 2–3 hours, be practical (no lectures — students actively use different tools), and take place on Saturday or Sunday.

Compensation: €600 Monthly Stipend + 10% Revenue Share of courses sold across centers

The Mission: Build the "Future of Finance" Weekend Course

You will be responsible for designing and launching a modular weekend series (10, 20, and 30-course tracks) that covers the pulse of modern money.

Modules You Could Build (we’re relying on you to make this world class):

• Leading a Company Virtually: A leadership simulation where students act as CEOs, managing remote teams, making strategic pivots, and understanding the "human" side of business.
• Trading Virtually: A real-time market simulator where students learn the basics of stocks, diversification, and the psychology of risk.
• Crypto 101 & Blockchain: Demystifying the digital gold rush, explaining decentralized finance (DeFi), and the ethics of the new web.
• The Shark Tank Blueprint: Students learn how to pitch an idea, understand equity, and negotiate "deals" with classmates.
• Impact Investing & Sustainability: Teaching kids that money is a tool for change, focusing on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investing.
• The Creator Economy Lab: How to monetize a brand, understand sponsorship contracts, and manage the cash flow of a digital influencer business.
• Real Estate Tycoon: Understanding property, mortgages, and the power of passive income through a simplified virtual property market.
  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Curriculum Architecture: Design the "Weekend Finance Intensive" roadmap, ensuring the 10, 20, and 30-course tiers offer clear mastery progression.
• Entrepreneurial Execution: Act as the product owner. Test modules with real students, gather feedback, and iterate at lightning speed.
• Commercial Growth: You aren't just building the product; you are driving its success. You will earn a 10% revenue share on every course sold across our centers.
• Gamification: Ensure the course feels like a high-stakes game rather than a lecture, keeping students engaged and excited. Identify the right tools for each module.
