How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Partner on organization design and implementation of people plans, function transformation agendas, accelerating core capability development in line with strategic plans, while enabling a growth culture that translates into employee engagement. Plan and lead on employee relations, legal and tax implications across geographies
- Pre-empt future HR concerns through the use of data and analytics, workforce planning, leveraging insights to proactively seek and implement solutions that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy
- Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition COE to attract high-caliber talent and onboarding into the business
- Be accountable for reviewing compensation programs and supporting compensation decisions outside of guidelines
- Enable and co-lead enterprise-wide initiatives (for example leadership framework, digital workplace)
- Design and enable effective organization structures and ways of working, including the use of non-conventional workforces
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
- Seasoned HR leader, strong business acumen and inspiring leadership. Can partner and influence on strategic priorities, with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance
- Ability to build HR operating plans, people/capability roadmaps to enable people and business growth at large scale
- Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations, with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPG
- Ability to develop strong partnerships and coach senior function leaders
- Ability to create and lead change strategy and complex transformation
- Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
- Future focused, thinking ahead and anticipating opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends
As People Lead Iberia, you will operate at the intersection of business performance, cultural transformation and organizational effectiveness, shaping a high-performing organization while navigating a dynamic labor and operational landscape.
What you will drive:
Business-driven people strategy - Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into focused, high-impact people plans that drive performance and growth across Iberia.
High-performance culture & leadership - Embed a culture of accountability, differentiation and “pay for performance”, strengthening leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
Manufacturing & labor relations excellence - Lead complex industrial relations environments, strengthening trust, credibility and long-term sustainability across our manufacturing sites in Spain.
Organization transformation & capability building- Shape fit-for-purpose structures, accelerate critical capabilities and enable transformation while ensuring business continuity.
Talent magnet & talent maker- Elevate Iberia’s positioning as a competitive, attractive and future-ready organization, strengthening talent pipelines and succession.
Data-driven decision making - Leverage analytics and workforce insights to anticipate risks, inform decisions and drive measurable business impact.
What will make you successful:
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - Ability to operate as a true business partner, connecting people decisions with commercial and operational outcomes.
Proven leadership in complex environments - Experience navigating manufacturing contexts and labor relations, ideally in Spain.

Note: ability to work in both Spanish and English language is essential for this role

We are looking for motivated interns to join our Iberia Quality Department!
As Iberia Quality Specialist you will…
- Support Customer requests and enquiries
- Support compile regional and Iberia Quality KPIs and create reports for Consumer & Customer complaints
- Support Plants Quality Food Safety Compliance agenda and KPIs
- Support to drive continuous improvement throughout our Manufacturing plants and Business processes
- Support the implementation of Quality and Food Safety systems to ensure compliance with the Mondelez International Quality Chain Management System (QCMS), policies (QPs) and HACCP std
- Support Business Quality request and Support
- You are a student/ recent graduate of BS, MS or PhD in Food Technology, Chemistry, Micro, Chemical/Food Engineering or related discipline (desirable) strong knowledge of Science and Food Technology including, process and Hygienic Design or equivalent
- You have already completed an internship In Quality Department
- You are recognized for your willing to learn and grow
- You are proficient with Strong Digitalization skills: Excel/ TEAMS / PowerBI]
- You are fluent in English
