Job Description

As part of the Engineering Department, you will focus on monitoring the design and construction of buildings and associated systems for the entire IFMIF-DONES facility.

Duties

Your duties will include participating in the IFMIF-DONES Scientific Infrastructure Envelope Primary Structures and Facilities Project (DONES-TOPS) and/or the Foundations and Primary Structures of the IFMIF-DONES Scientific-Technical Infrastructure Envelope Project (DONES-BASE) through the following activities:

• Design and construction of buildings, including associated scientific and technical systems.
• Design of material and personnel flow within the plant, as well as space reserves for maintenance, including controlled or supervised areas.
• Design of new laboratories and associated facilities.
• Coordination and integration of building design and construction with plant systems and other scientific and technical systems.
• Conducting formal design and construction reviews for approval by the international team.
• Preparing technical specifications, managing and monitoring contracts related to the design and/or construction of the plant.
• Dissemination in journals, conferences, and events.

Annual basic remuneration distributed over 14 payments: 46,678,50 EUR (gross salary)

Annual basic remuneration in accordance with the salary tables in force at the date of publication of the call.

If any salary increase is applied to those tables after the date of publication, such an increase shall be applied at the time of formalizing the contract corresponding to the position.
