WHO ARE WE?

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol.

In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.

YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS

Talent & Wellbeing Support

• Assist in coordinating training and development programs aligned with company goals to help the team grow.

• Support the performance review cycles by helping gather feedback and tracking individual development plans.

• Contribute to the company's wellbeing program by helping to organize initiatives that promote health and work-life balance.

• Help foster a positive work environment by assisting with climate surveys and coordinating team-building activities.

• Serve as a point of contact for employees, guiding them to the available resources for their professional growth.

• Help improve the employee experience by participating in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth welcome and departure.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Currently studying or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Internship Agreement: Must be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.

• Availability: Available to work part-time (mornings) with a flexible schedule that is compatible with your studies.

• Languages: Fluent in Spanish with an intermediate-to-advanced level of English (B2 minimum), as it is the company's official language.

• Skills: Proactive individual with strong teamwork and communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for learning about people development, training, and wellbeing.

• Experience: No prior experience is required; we value your potential and enthusiasm.
