About The Role

As a Graphic Designer at INFiLED, your mission is to deliver impactful, creative and effective visual assets that support business growth, brand positioning and marketing performance. This role requires ownership, proactivity and consistent delivery aligned with deadlines and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the art direction of INFiLED
• Design and update digital and print marketing assets in combination with agencies
• Lead web design and content updates
• Support events with visual and stand design materials
• Adapt content for different formats and markets

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while respecting priorities and deadlines
• Propose creative concepts that elevate the INFiLED brand & Internal Communication.
• Produce digital and print content with a high level of execution
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets and across all markets
• Collaborate efficiently with Marketing, Product & Sales teams
• Integrate feedback quickly and professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mid-level or senior Graphic Designer experience
• Strong autonomy and accountability
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Ability to lead and optimize external teams
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creative mindset with a performance-oriented approach
• Fluent in English
