The Role:

As Client Advisor, you will contribute to delivering a premium client experience within a dynamic department store environment while supporting both individual and store performance objectives.

You will act as a brand ambassador, combining strong commercial awareness with excellent service standards and product storytelling.

You will be responsible for driving both individual performance and overall store results.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Deliver a professional and personalized client experience.
• Achieve individual sales objectives while contributing to overall store targets.
• Build relationships with local and international clients.
• Communicate the heritage, craftsmanship and collections of the brand with confidence and authenticity.
• Drive cross-selling and product recommendation opportunities.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation standards are maintained.
• Support stock management and daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate proactively with both the Majorica and department store teams.
• Maintain a polished and client-oriented presence on the sales floor.
• Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-traffic retail environment.

What is important for the role:

• Previous experience in premium, jewelry, fashion or beauty retail.
• Strong commercial mindset and service orientation.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment.
• Attention to detail and strong team spirit.
• Fluent Spanish and English required. Additional languages are considered a plus.
