Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and listings

• Manage yacht sales transactions from enquiry to completion

• Represent the company at leading European boat shows

• Provide first-class service to both buyers and sellers

Requirements:

• Proven sales or brokerage experience preferred

• Fluent in English; Spanish and German highly valued

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Professional, organised, and client-focused

• Willingness to travel internationally as required
