1. Corporate Financing & Contract Negotiation

• Prepare the discussion material for the decision making.
• Lead or participate in the negotiation of term sheets, financing agreements, syndicated, bilateral and institutional facilities, bridge loans, sustainable financing, and amendments to existing documentation.
• Coordinate the preparation of documentation (CPs, financial conditions, definitions, MAC clauses, covenants) ensuring alignment with internal financial policies.
• Assess and compare financing alternatives to optimise cost, flexibility, and the group's debt maturity profile.

2. Financial Modelling & Funding Strategy

• Develop and update financial models to support capital structure decisions, assessing impacts on liquidity, covenants, credit ratings, and key financial metrics.
• Present funding strategies to the Global Treasurer, including scenarios, sensitivities, market analysis, and recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of approved strategies and evaluate their impact on the group's financial position.

3. Intragroup Cashflow Management & Dividend Policy

• Coordinate and optimise cash pooling, intragroup loans, and internal financing mechanisms.
• Manage the planning and efficient execution of intragroup dividend distributions, considering tax and legal constraints.
• Ensure alignment between centralised liquidity and the financial needs of domestic and international subsidiaries.

4. Financial Risk Management

• Analyse exposure to FX, interest rate, and liquidity risks, proposing hedging strategies consistent with corporate financial policy.
• Execute derivative transactions (IRS, forwards, swaps, FRAs, options) and coordinate their documentation and accounting treatment.
• Monitor financial risks and prepare periodic reports.

5. Rating Advisory & Peer Analysis

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of peer groups, identifying market trends and key credit metrics.
• Prepare materials for meetings with rating agencies and support ongoing rating management activities.
• Evaluate the credit impact of corporate actions (M&A, significant capex, new financing) on the group's credit profile.

6. Support in M&A and LBO Transactions

• Support the assessment, structuring, and financing of acquisition transactions, including LBOs and hybrid financing structures.
• Coordinate interactions with banks, legal advisors, and financial advisors throughout the transaction process.
• Ensure financing terms align with strategic objectives and the group's risk profile.

7. Financial Reporting & Covenant Monitoring

• Prepare periodic reporting of financial covenants (leverage, interest coverage, ESG-related ratios), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage early warning processes for potential deviations and propose corrective actions.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics
• 8-10 years in corporate finance, corporate banking, leveraged finance, capital markets, advanced treasury, or financial advisory/consulting.
• Proven experience negotiating financing documentation.
• Experience in rating advisory processes and peer analysis.
• Experience in M&A processes financed through LBO structures.
• Advanced financial modelling (Excel).
• Very high English level is a must.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and debt products.
• Solid knowledge of derivatives and their accounting (IFRS 9 desirable).
• Strong analytical rigour, synthesis skills, and attention to detail.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactivity and autonomy.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
