Role Mission
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing strategies to acquire qualified leads through SEM, Paid Media, and retargeting campaigns.

• Definir keyword mapping y proponer acciones concretas por URL.
• Detectar prioridades según objetivos de negocio: leads, servicios, visibilidad local o mejora de conversión.
• Trabajar SEO local cuando aplique: Google Business Profile, landings locales, reseñas y seguimiento.
SEM
• Preparar y poner en marcha campañas de Google Ads Search.
• Coordinar la medición con el equipo técnico: conversiones, eventos, GTM y GA4.
• Revisar y optimizar campañas de forma periódica con foco en CPL, CPA, tasa de conversión y calidad del lead.
Análisis y reporting
• Crear reportes mensuales claros y accionables.
• Traducir métricas en decisiones concretas y siguientes pasos.
• Proponer hipótesis, mensajes y necesidades de landings o mejoras de captación.
Buscamos una persona con
• Experiencia demostrable en SEO de contenidos y SEO on-page.
• Experiencia en SEO local.
• Manejo sólido de GA4 y Google Search Console.
• Experiencia básica-solvente en Google Ads Search.
• Capacidad para interpretar datos y explicarlos con claridad.
• Conocimiento operativo de WordPress: edición de contenidos, plugins SEO, redirecciones y nociones de indexación.
• Capacidad de organización, autonomía y criterio.
Valoraremos especialmente
• Experiencia previa en agencia.
• Conocimientos de GTM y Looker Studio.
• Experiencia trabajando con varios proyectos a la vez.
• Sensibilidad por la conversión, landings y rendimiento de negocio.
