Necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Marketing Digital a una persona con experiencia contrastada en diseño gráfico y creación de marca, rebranding y todo tipo de imagen corporativa para empresas Top. Una persona capaz de diseñar la estrategia gráfica de una empresa, desde su concepto hasta sus distintas necesidades en función de la plataforma de difusión.
Además de esta necesidad principal, esta persona ayudará a impulsar nuestro fantástico equipo de Marketing Digital. Actualmente nuestra Area de Marketing Digital cuenta con 7 personas especializadas en diseño Web, SEO, Gestión de RRSS, Campañas SEM en Google y Social Media ADS y estrategias de Marketing Digital avanzadas y queremos llegar a ser líderes en Valencia. Nos hemos convertido en una verdadera Agencia de Marketing Digital y necesitamos personas con talento que nos ayuden a evolucionar para trabajar con empresas TOP y proyectos a nivel nacional.
Buscamos a personas que quieran crecer personal y profesionalmente. Es imprescindible experiencia contrastada previa para poder aprovechar esos conocimientos y sumarlos a nuestro fenomenal equipo. Nuestra Area de Marketing esta en fase de crecimiento y las personas que se incorporen al equipo se beneficiarán de ese crecimiento. En nuestra filosofía de trabajo priman dos objetivos fundamentales, la consecución de los objetivos del cliente y la felicidad en el desarrollo de su trabajo por parte de nuestros profesionales.
Responsabilidades principales:
- PRINCIPALMENTE necesitamos a una persona que tenga experiencia en el diseño gráfico avanzado. Que domine a la perfección programas de Adobe (muy importante uso de Ilustrator y Photoshop para proyectos de Branding avanzados) y también de soluciones más prácticas como Canva Pro, Freepik, etc.
Responsabilidades complementarias: De forma COMPLEMENTARIA, también se valorará de forma positiva estas competencias digitales:
- Capacidad de comunicar con clientes e involucrarse en sus proyectos para la consecución de objetivos
- Gestionar un equipo de Marketing Digital con un potencial increíble (colaborar en la dirección y gestionar proyectos)
- Desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de marketing digital AVANZADAS para empresas TOP
- Experiencia, conocimientos avanzados y casos de éxito contrastados en el uso de:
- Creación de sitios web WordPress nivel AVANZADO
- Creación de tiendas online en Prestashop/Woocommerce nivel AVANZADO
- Gestión de Instagram y Facebook nivel AVANZADO
- Gestión de LinkedIn nivel AVANZADO
- Gestión de campañas SEM en redes sociales y Google Ads nivel AVANZADO
- Creación de contenido digital atractivo y relevante (videos, creatividades, etc.)
- Análisis y reporte de métricas de campañas y de consecución de objetivos y conversiones (Google Analytics, Rank Tracker, etc.). Esto es fundamental para estar alineados con los objetivos del cliente.
Requisitos:
- Imprescindible conocimientos avanzados de entorno ADOBE para poder generar imagen corporativa profesional para empresas Top
- Experiencia previa en marketing digital. Se valorará muy positivamente haber trabajado ya en Agencias de Marketing Digital y tener experiencia contrastada en este ámbito.
- Se valorará positivamente a los candidatos que tengan experiencia en casos de éxito concretos con consecución de los objetivos de cliente final (a nivel de conversiones, LEADS, incremento de ventas, etc)
- Sin ser una condición indispensable, se valorará de forma positiva los conocimientos técnicos y de programación necesarios para poder gestionar proyectos avanzados de Marketing Digital (gestión avanzada de servidores, parametrización avanzada de WordPress y pluggins necesarios, configuración de Tiendas online completamente operativas, gestión de RRSS que tengan repercusión real, configuración de campañas SEM optimizadas a novel avanzado que conviertan y reporten KPIs para su seguimiento y optimización, etc.).
- Imprescindible conocimientos avanzados de metodología y aplicaciones para el correcto asesoramiento al cliente en servicios de Diseño Web, SEO, SEM, gestión de RRSS y herramientas de análisis web y KPIs.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación de cara al cliente final
- MUY IMPORTANTE: la persona que opte al puesto de trabajo tiene que tener su residencia habitual cerca de la población de L’Alcúdia (Valencia)
