About the roleWe are looking for a Paid Media Intern to join our Paid Media team, supporting the activation and management of digital campaigns across SEM and Social Ads platforms.

This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with real campaigns, collaborating with media specialists, strategists, and analytics teams in a dynamic digital environment.

As a Paid Media Intern, you will support the execution, monitoring, and analysis of campaigns while learning how performance-driven media strategies are developed and optimized.

What do we value?

• Final-year student in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Availability for a full-time internship and the possibility to sign a university internship agreement.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and media buying.
• Basic knowledge of SEM platforms (Google Ads, etc.) and Social Ads platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good command of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, and data organization).
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  
  

Nice to have

• Previous experience (even academic) managing digital campaigns.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance indicators.

What You Will Do

• Support the activation and management of campaigns on SEM platforms (Google Ads, etc.) and Social Media Ads platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Upload and organize campaign creatives across different platforms.
• Assist with campaign monitoring and basic optimization.
• Prepare periodic performance reports.
• Support the analysis of campaign metrics and identification of improvement opportunities..
