Job Description

  • Lead distributor management and ensure Aesthetics & Reconstruction business needs are met by close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributor partners and act as the primary point of contact for all distributor-related matters.
  • Set and negotiate pricing, sales targets, yearly commercial plans and KPIs for distributors, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure distributors are up to date with product and procedural knowledge, industry developments and market trends, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead SGP improvement initiatives by enhancing product mix offerings and innovative deal-making.
  • Manage contract renewals, terminations, and performance clauses.
  • Collaborating closely with operations to ensure seamless product availability by timely and accurate reporting of sales, inventory, and forecasts, in line with local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Effective execution of marketing strategy, commercial planning, and events related to the Aesthetics & Reconstruction portfolio.
  • Monitoring yearly pricing and setting and adjusting all base price lists for the given portfolio.
  • Providing guidance to distributor sales forces in the field and overseeing marketing execution.
  • Supporting the organization of strategically important Third Party events, such as local congresses, ensuring compliance with J&J guidelines and alignment related to promotional materials.
  • Developing launch strategies when new products are introduced to the market or when there is a switch in the current portfolio (including promotions and pricing strategies).
  • Managing daily product management operations with minimal supervision.
  • Promoting a value-based, data-driven mindset within the team.
  • Integrating Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making.
