Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a financial services business based in Madrid.. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior People Operations Manager to lead and evolve our People Operations function across Europe. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive a high-performing, service-oriented team focused on delivering exceptional employee experiences and supporting scalable business growth. In this role you will oversee operational excellence across HR programs and processes, while collaborating with global HR Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for building, leading, and inspiring a high-performing People Operations team across the EMEA region, fostering a culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and trust. You will attract, coach, and develop team members, supporting their professional growth and long-term success within the organisation.
A key part of the role will mean an employee-first approach that delivers measurable value through enhanced efficiency, automation, and the development of scalable processes. You will closely monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, track performance, and inform business decisions. Collaboration will be central to your success, as you will partner with the Global Director of Operations and cross-functional teams to drive operational priorities and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong people leadership experience, including managing HR/People Operations teams in a global environment
  
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams with a hands-on, coaching-oriented leadership style
  
• Strong proficiency with HR technologies (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and an understanding of how systems can support and enhance service delivery
