📌 What you'll do

We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our Payments Strategy team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in strategy, consulting or business analysis, with a strong ability to structure complex problems and drive data-informed decision making. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities, develop actionable insights and lead initiatives that shape and execute the strategic direction of PagoNxt Payments.

✅ What we're looking for

• Lead strategic analysis and problem solving: breakdown business problems into structure analyses, assess growth opportunities, evaluate strategic options, define frameworks and scenarios, translate complex data into clear insights for decision-making.
• Manage the definition of market and customer insights: understand how our competitors are evolving, benchmark new potential initiatives on payments landscape. research payments needs and behaviours, monitor macroeconomic trends.
• Direct and manage data analysis: collect and analyze payments performance metrics, trends and drivers, support forecasting and long-range planning, track progress of strategic initiatives.
• Strategy development & planning: help define strategic priorities, contribute to strategic roadmaps and execution plans, support annual strategy cycles and executive offsites.
• Stakeholder and executive support: work closely with leadership to prepare executive-level materials, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, coordinate with corss-functional teams (finance, product, tech, etc.).
• Manage and contribute to strategic initiatives/projects as required.
