ResponsibilitiesYou will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Sourcing team.You will assist in the preparation of RFPs and contracts (for subcontractors and suppliers) and in communication with the parties involved (business partners, suppliers, subcontractors).You will support the Logistics Manager.You will assist in the management of project-related documentation and virtual data rooms.You will provide support in market analysis and project related research.You will participate in the preparation and analysis of tender results.RequirementsYou have an undergraduate degree or finished studies in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business related, or a comparable one.You are advanced in MS Office.You are fluent in Spanish and English, any other language, especially Portuguese is a plus.You have strong organizational and analytical skills and are a proven team player.Please send your CV in English!BenefitsOur workplace: In Madrid our office is in Torre Europe near Santiago Bernabeu Station, which you can easily reach by metro line 10.Mutual support: You will work in a supportive atmosphere, and we place great value on open communication, mutual support and on sharing our knowledge with each other.
