We collaborate with supermarkets, restaurants and distributors to deliver the real taste of Mexico — from nixtamalized corn and traditional sauces to our iconic drinks and ingredients.

This position is part of our core team and will be contracted through our Spanish partner Mexican Gourmand, who manages our local operations and projects in Spain.

We are looking for a Digital & E-commerce Assistant to help us manage and improve our online presence and product catalogues across several European markets.

The ideal candidate is organized, digitally fluent and language-curious, with an interest in food, culture and online communication.

This is a hands-on role involving product data, translation and digital presentation — combining creativity with structure.

As the company expands, the position may grow in hours and responsibilities depending on the candidate’s performance and initiative.

• Update and maintain product listings, descriptions and images on our web platforms and online shops.
• Ensure accuracy in product details (ingredients, allergens, packaging, certifications).
• Assist in content uploads, layout improvements and presentation optimization.
• Support product launches, digital promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate with our logistics provider in English for product flow and availability.

• Translate and adapt product information into English, Spanish and Swedish using AI-assisted tools (no Swedish knowledge required, but a liking for languages is valuable).
• Review translations for accuracy and tone, ensuring consistency across all sites.
• Maintain content coherence across platforms in three languages.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing partners to keep brand voice consistent.

• Keep product databases up to date (SKUs, EANs, weights, descriptions, images).
• Prepare internal reports and summaries for digital performance and updates.
• Assist in maintaining visual and textual quality standards across all product pages.

• Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Confident spoken English for calls and video meetings.
• Good writing and editing skills in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable using AI tools for translation and content editing.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Interest in languages, gastronomy and Mexican culture.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar).
• Knowledge of food industry terminology (ingredients, allergens, labelling).
• Experience in product data management or content editing.
• Curiosity and ability to self-learn new tools.
