Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcomes and bids farewell to guests, creating a magnetic first and lasting impression that reflects the legendary spirit of The Pacha Group.
• Assists the front office team by maintaining an authentic and engaging presence in the hotel lobby, providing information and ensuring every interaction is memorable.
• Provides attentive support to the guest relations team by assisting with escorting VIP guests to their rooms and sharing enthusiastic guidance on facilities, events, and special offers.
• Learns and supports the essentials of coordinated hospitality operations by collaborating with the front office team.
• Participates in daily briefings and operations meetings, observing and learning from the vibrant flow of operations at Destino Five Ibiza.
• Adheres to The Pacha Group’s health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and dynamic environment for guests and Tribe Members alike.
• Promotes in-house facilities, events, food and beverage outlets, and special promotions under the guidance of the guest relations team.
