Position: Front of House – Casa Roca

Casa Roca, an exclusive luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, is a distinguished member of the Espais Roca hotel group.

As a Front of House Team Member, you are the primary host, responsible for delivering our promise. You'll move beyond routine transactions to anticipate guest needs, ensuring their stay is effortless and extraordinary. This includes everything from seamless arrivals and departures to personalized profile reviews, coordination of bespoke transfers and amenities, and ensuring the smooth operation of all guest-facing services. You will be instrumental in identifying and acting on opportunities to enhance the guest journey and drive ancillary revenue.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendliness and professionalism


• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs


• Assist guests with any queries or needs before, during, and after their stay


• Provide personalised recommendations on Palma, dining, activities, and local culture


• Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments


• Handle and resolve guest issues quickly, discreetly, and efficiently


• Maintain the reception area and common spaces to Casa Roca’s luxury standards


• Manage all guest communications.


• Manage new bookings, enquiries and sales.


• Oversee special arrivals, amenities, and VIP requests


• Ensure that every guest enjoys a unique, refined, and unforgettable experience


• Responsible for offering and selling our services, both for the hotel and the shop.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles (ideally in boutique or luxury hotels)


• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)


• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset


• Warm, natural, and polished approach to guest service


• Knowledge of Palma and local culture, or willingness to learn


• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
