Key Responsibilities

• Transports dishes and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guest tables promptly and accurately, ensuring The Pacha Group’s standards are maintained at all times.
• Verifies that each order is complete and delivered to the correct table, resolving any discrepancies efficiently with the kitchen or service team.
• Coordinates closely with the kitchen and Front of House team to maintain a smooth flow of service and clear communication throughout each shift.
• Supports the Food and Beverage team during peak periods to ensure efficient service delivery and timely table turnover.
• Monitors service areas proactively to anticipate operational requirements and provide assistance where necessary.
• Clears used crockery, glassware and service items promptly to maintain a clean, safe and organised dining environment.
• Replenishes cutlery, napkins, bread, water and other service items to ensure tables remain fully prepared for guests.
• Maintains cleanliness and organisation of the pass, service stations and dining areas in line with The Pacha Group’s standards.
• Handles all food and beverage items with care, following correct service procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Communicates effectively with fellow team members to ensure accurate guest requests and special requirements are fulfilled.
• Complies with food hygiene regulations, health and safety legislation, and internal operational procedures at all times.
• Presents a professional appearance and positive attitude, contributing to a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role is advantageous, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and a proactive, reliable approach with a clear focus on guest service.
• Sensational teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely, with a basic understanding of food hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• High adaptability, self-motivation, and a relentless commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the operational needs of The Pacha Group.
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
• Holds the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
• Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
