UPS is looking for an Operations Supervisor with forward thinking, analytical and communication skills.

What would your day to day be like?

This Is Impossible To Describe, As Every Day Is Different. And If We Say Every Day, We Mean Every Day! If You Are Looking For a Predictable Job, Then Please Don’t Apply. Anyway, a Few Things You Will Be Working On

• Daily operational coordination at the UPS Málaga facility and oversight of activities at the Coín facility (managed by an external provider).
• Full management of the operational team (warehouse staff and administrative personnel): shift planning, task allocation, team leadership, and development.
• Supervision and control of service providers: 2 last-mile delivery providers and 1 agent responsible for Ceuta and Melilla.
• Monitoring and achievement of key KPIs related to service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a safe and efficient working environment.
• Support and collaboration with the Sales team to strengthen relationships with key customers in the region.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• High level of English.
• Resolutive leader capable of solving routine changes in operations.
• Business mindset with the desire to always improve anything that comes in your path.
• Strong Communication and management skills.
• Previous experience leading teams is a nice to have.
• A proactive attitude and flexibility are required.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
