Study Start Up Associate II
As a member of the Study Start Up Team, you will play an integral role in making sure that physicians at our research sites are prepared to start the trial of investigational, new pharmaceutical and biological products for clinical trials at their local practices.
The Role
- To review and negotiate clinical site investigator contracts and budgets.
- Stay connected with Investigative sites, sponsors and internal personnel regarding the status of contracts and contract-related documents
- Prepare and coordinate preparation of contractual documents and correspondence
- Facilitate the indemnification process between the study sponsor and the site.
- Function as the internal consultant on study budgets (investigator payments, develop and update training documentation and conduct group training as necessary, mentor and train new and junior personnel in the SSU department, and act as consultant on the Investigator Contract and Budget development process from origination through execution).
- A bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Juris Doctor (law) degree, or related experience is preferred
- SSU experience is desirable but not required.
- Experience in a clinical research environment with specific experience in study contracts review and budget negotiation or in related field such as where contract or legal document review is a primary part of you role.

Profile
FUNCIONES DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO:
La persona seleccionada será responsable de:
- Conocer profundamente las características de los productos de la marca
- Aconsejar y vender los productos
- Realizar seguimiento y cumplir con los objetivos de venta y de imagen marcados por la Marca
- Incrementar la fidelización y el conocimiento de la Marca entre los consumidores
- Mantenimiento de la imagen de la Marca según las directrices establecidas por el Departamento de Marketing (lineales, merchandising, PLV) al igual que su propia imagen personal
- Mantenimiento de una buena relación con la Dirección del Centro
- Proponer y desarrollar acciones de animación para hacer conocer el ADN de Make Up For Ever y mejorar la experiencia cliente
- Trayectoria/estudios en Maquillaje.
- Experiencia en venta al público mínima de 2 años en Beauty.
- Especial interés por la venta.
- Pasión por la cosmética profesional y el maquillaje. Buscamos personas creativas y con mente artística.
- Deseable inglés fluido.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar 20h/semanales de jueves a domingo, en horario de 15:00h a 21:00h.

El Programa Speak Up és un projecte d'acompanyament escolar del Consorci d'Educació de Barcelona que té com a objectiu millorar la competència lingüística oral en anglès de l'alumnat en diferents centres educatius de Barcelona.
A la Fundació Pere Tarrés cerquem monitors/es amb vocació i experiència docent que tinguin motivació per ensenyar.
Les funcions són:
- Fomentar l’ús de l’anglès com a llengua de comunicació a les sessions de treball amb 10 alumnes.
- Controlar l’assistència setmanal de l’alumnat. Fer el seguiment de les tasques que realitzin en l’estona de treball.
- Comunicar-se amb els especialistes d’anglès de l'Institut per tal de conèixer les necessitats de l’alumnat i la seva evolució.
- Mantenir la comunicació periòdica amb el professorat assessor de l’EOI Barcelona Drassanes per tal de seguir el programa d’activitats preparat i fer el seguiment i avaluació de la seva implementació.
- Realitzar els informes de seguiment de l’alumnat i assistir a les reunions de seguiment amb el professorat.
- Participar a les sessions de formació organitzades pel programa.
- Participar a les reunions de coordinació i de preparació d’equip de “great friends” i amb els centres.
- Organitzar els materials i suports didàctics. Organitzar i elaborar materials i activitats en anglès que afavoreixin l’ús oral de la llengua.
- Actuar com a referent lingüístic per a l’alumnat ajudant-lo a reforçar l’oralitat en anglès.
- Oferir suport a la conversa en llengua anglesa reforçant el treball oral realitzat a l’aula.
- Incorporació: Immediata
- Jornada: 8 hores setmanals
- Horari: Dilluns a dijous de 16h a 18h
- Temporalitat: fins al 14 de juny.

Requisits:
- Haver tingut experiència prèvia com a “Great Friend” o haver realitzat tasques similars (professor/a d'anglès).
- Graduat/da o estudiant universitari/a mínim de tercer grau.
- Català nivell avançat
- Acreditar un nivell B2 d’anglès del MCER (Marc Comú Europeu de Referència) o equivalent (First certificate), mitjançant certificat oficial o entrevista a l’EOI Barcelona Drassanes.
