We are looking for a new Team Leader to fill an open position in Barcelona. This is not a job for just anyone — we are looking for someone special… and that someone could be YOU!
What will you do in a day?
- Manage the staff under your responsibility. Train and develop the team.
- Identify and develop potential talent for the company.
- Focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Daily monitoring of service elements (KPIs) and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hold meetings with service providers (OSPs) when necessary to ensure proper customer service follow‑up.
- Coordinate area‑related projects. Communicate with other departments for project execution (BaSE, IE, etc.).
- Coordinate center and service audits and follow up on identified findings.
- Plan resources, holidays, and Peak season needs. Adjust and execute the plans accordingly.
- Provide operational support when needed.

- Essential: Higher Vocational Training or University Degree (completed or in progress).
- Advanced level of English is mandatory.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new areas of the business and develop service knowledge.
- Strong leadership skills and quick decision‑making ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive leader capable of handling unexpected situations.
- Flexible and analytical; you enjoy solving problems and making decisions.
- User‑level knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook.
- Flexibility is important in our organization, including for this position. Schedule: 13:00 - 21:00.
- Previous experience in operations and team management will be valued.
- Availability for occasional travel.
