Job Description

As Customer Service Agent you will support our customers to ensure the quality of the services provided through different channels (email, phone, etc).

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers: follow-up with customers after their service or product experience to ensure they’re happy and gather their feedback.
• Solve problems & answer questions: Be the go-to person for customers who need support, offering solutions and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Drive customer satisfaction: Collect insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with teams to deliver top-notch service.
• Upsell with ease: Recommend products or services that match customer needs and add value to their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (native or advanced) with strong English (B2) communication skills.
• Great communicator: You know how to speak with people, both on the phone and through written messages, and you love making connections.
• Build rapport with customers
• Detail-oriented & organized
• Tech-savvy: You are comfortable using customer management software (CRM) to track and manage interactions.
  
  

Experience is a plus: If you’ve worked in customer service, sales, or any people-focused role before, that’s even better!

Value Stream Lean Expert

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Value Stream Lean Expert to join our team.

The Role

As a Value Stream Lean Expert your primary responsibilities will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to help guide decision-making processes.

Your Key Tasks Will Be

• Plan Kaizen Event to achieve defined Lean objectives and deadlines
• Monitor & control Lean results and action effectiveness
• Implement actions, especially coaching, monitoring, improve operations consistency and standard delivery level
• Develop Lean Transformation Plan (Projects in Transformation, KPIs’ targets, Personnel skills, Suppliers Involvement)
• Work with Operations to correct and improve on going team management: recruitment requirements, objectives setting, performance, efficiency gain, training if necessary
  
  

About You

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Value Stream Lean Expert has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent work experience, as well as:

• Certification by a recognised industry body as Project Manager or Coach
• Previous experience in: delivery and/or Shared Services, process improvement, customer satisfaction, coaching and project management
• Fully professional English knowledge
• Computer Literacy (proficient user of MS Office)
• Great problem-solving and communication skills; critical thinking
• Strong conflict and risk management skills
• Strong understanding of team building and decision-making models and processes
• Good knowledge of Data Collection, ETL, Business Analytics is advantageous
• Good knowledge in building a business case to demonstrate ROI
• Knowledge of Project Management based on PMBook
• Knowledge in feasibility study is a plus
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO)

The Parts Sales Consultant is responsible for partnering with automotive workshops in our network to help them reach new levels of success. Using our in house next gen AI platforms, and wealth of automotive data, you will level up the workshops performance, capacity, and sales.

Our ideal Parts Sales Consultant is an excellent communicator with experience in the aftermarket parts business and strong customer relationship and retailer collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Advice on improvements in the spare parts area
• Supporting sales targets in the spare parts area
• Implementation of business standards
• Promoting quality and efficiency
• Initiation of marketing campaigns
• Sales promotion and performance analysis
• Planning activities in alignment with overall market strategy

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry - whether in the trade as a service assistant (m/f/d), as an employee in the parts service (m/f/d), as a service consultant (m/f/d) or service technician for motor vehicles. (m/f/d). We also welcome mechatronics engineers (m/f/d), body builders (m/f/d) or workshop managers (m/f/d) with a passion for sales!
• Excellent coaching and sales promotion skills
• Ability to engage and influence others
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong skills in the digital field, and comfortable adapting to new technologies
• Independent and with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the parts trade
