Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual to lead recruiting processes in Spain, to build what’s next for Otis. This position* reports to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Iberia, Africa & Middle East. This is a fantastic opportunity to perform in a key, visible role that is critical to the success of the organization.
- Temporary position (6 months min.)
- Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain.
- Develop and update compelling job descriptions.
- Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards.
- Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases, social networks, etc.
- Screen candidate CV’s and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various methods of reliable recruitment and selection tools to filter candidates within the timeframe provided.
- Assess relevant knowledge, skills, interpersonal skills, experience and aptitudes of candidates.
- Act as a central point of contact to build strong relationships with candidates and managers during the recruitment process.
- Demonstrable work experience as a recruiter (either as an internal recruiter or as an agency recruiter).
- Strong ability to carry out different types of interviews.
- Practical experience with different selection processes (telephone interviews, reference checks, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) – Workday experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good decision making skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 Level min.). Other languages such as French, Portuguese, or Arabic are also valuable.

Actualmente, estamos buscando un-a:
Technical OT Manager (Pharma)
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Implementación y administración de sistemas SCADA
- Gestión personal de automatización
- Implementación de sistemas de digitalización de las plantas productivas Gestionar el presupuesto por sistemas OT
- Coordinación con departamentos de ingeniería y mantenimiento
- Diseño de estándar OT tanto en sistemas como hardware
- Cumplimiento normativo de la industria farmacéutica
¿Qué buscamos?
- Persona con formación universitaria en Ingeniería en Automatización y Robótica Industrial o ingeniería informática o estudios similares
- Experiencia profesional en un área GMP la Industria Farmacéutica mínima de 3-4 años.
- Inglés mínimo nivel FCE
Conocimientos técnicos requeridos:
- Conocimiento desl sistemas de aumatització y digitalización planta.
- Conocimiento de protocolos como Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet, OPC UA.
- Conocimientos normativos de la industria farmaceutica. GMP Anexo 2, NIS2, etc.
Experiencia requerida:
• Experiencia en entornos de laboratorios/producción
• 4 años experiencia en tecnologías de automatización, digitalización y software industrial
• Gestión infrastructura OT: Experiencia en implementación, gestión y mantenimiento en sistemas de control
industrial ( SCADA, PLCs, HMI, Historian, MES/MOM)
• Gestión de equipos: Liderando equipos de personal OT
• Gestión proyectas clave en la digitalización de la parte industrial
• Gestión de presupuestos: Experiencia al solicitar, planificar y gestionar presupuestos
• Gestión en negociaciones y gestión de proveedores como por ejemplo integradores, fabricantes de hardware y consultores
