On this occasion, Welcomebeds is looking for a Head of Sales Europe to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop excellent relationships with current clients
Detect and search for new business opportunities within the assigned region
Meet growth objectives
Deep understanding of customer needs and detecting services and products that may fit within the company's offering
Know the client's technological profile and assess all the possibilities for collaboration and growth
Detect and solve missed opportunities and challenges that may be hindering sales
Carry out negotiations with the intention of increasing sales
Earn the trust of customers and resolve any incident amicably
Prepare and analyze Business Intelligence reports to detect possible improvements
Prepare and conduct meetings with clients
Represent the company at fairs, conferences and events
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum experience of 2 years in a sales position or similar within the tourism sector
High level of English and preferably Spanish, any other language will be a plus
High level of use of the Office Package
Team player with proactive attitude
Good communication and people skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing and dynamic environments
Motivated and dedicated to achieving results and objectives
