MISSION

Ingeteam, empresa líder especializada en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a Health & Safety Manager - Offsite Activities para incorporarse al equipo de Health & Safety en sus instalaciones de Zamudio o Sarriguren.

Misión

Mejorar la Seguridad y Salud de las actividades ejecutadas por Ingeteam en los centros de trabajo donde realiza sus operaciones (servicios, proyectos y obras de construcción en los sectores hidro, minería, eólica, solar, naval, industrial y transmisión/distribución), liderando la gestión preventiva y asegurando el cumplimiento de la legislación, requisitos de cliente y estándares internos.

Funciones

• Liderar el equipo de H&S y coordinar la implantación del proceso de Seguridad y Salud en los proyectos y servicios del grupo, garantizando el cumplimiento legal y los estándares corporativos.
• Traducir la estrategia global de H&S en planes operativos para las Unidades de Negocio, con objetivos claros, indicadores medibles y seguimiento de resultados.
• Coordinar la identificación, evaluación y gestión de riesgos en proyectos, asegurando la ejecución y seguimiento de la actividad preventiva.
• Asegurar y dar seguimiento a la Planificación de la Actividad Preventiva relacionada con las Unidades de Negocio.
• Impulsar la cultura preventiva y el desarrollo de estándares H&S específicos de cada Unidad de Negocio, fomentando la integración de la seguridad en todas las fases del proyecto.
• Liderar la investigación de incidentes y promover acciones correctivas y de mejora continua.
• Liderar la elaboración de las evaluaciones de riesgos de las actividades que realizan las Unidades de Negocio.
• Colaborar activamente con la Dirección Global de Health & Safety en la definición y aplicación de las directrices corporativas.
  
  

Requisitos

• Grado en Ingeniería o similar, preferiblemente en la rama eléctrica o electrónica.
• Técnico superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años como responsable de Seguridad y Salud en entornos industriales o de proyectos.
• Capacidad para liderar equipos deslocalizados.
• Conocimientos sólidos en normativas HS aplicadas a algunos de los sectores de Ingeteam (hidro, minería, eólica, solar, naval, industrial, transmisión/distribución) en un entorno global.
• El puesto demanda un perfil con habilidad en la gestión de riesgos y resolución de problemas.
• Nivel de Inglés B2.
• Se valorará expereincia en proyectos internacionales y conocimient en Sistemas de Gestión (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
